The register is in alphabetical order according to the name of the committee. Also included are the House or Senate bill numbers, House or Senate joint resolution numbers, and the name of the legislator who presented certain bills. This series is contained in an index-type record, titled either "Index to House Register" or "Index to Senate Register."
